Each one of our puppies has had
the best of care while here with
us and will have a health
examination by my vet before it
leaves for there new home to
live with there new families. To
my knowledge when it leaves our
care it is in excellent health.
We offer a one (1) year Health
Guarantee as long as the terms
of this contract are met.
Our Health Guarantee is for one
(1) year from the birth date of
the puppy against kidney, heart
or congenital health conditions.
If any of the above occurs
within one year I must be
notified with the proper
veterinarian’s document papers
of the condition of the puppy. I
then will take them to my vet
for evaluation of the condition
of the puppy. If my vet finds
any concern and diagnoses that
it is within our health
guarantee the puppy must then be
returned to us with the puppies
AKC Registration Papers at the
buyer’s expense. All shipping,
medical expenses, tests, shots,
worming, etc. are the buyer’s
responsibility while the puppy
is in the buyers care.
It is the responsibility of the
new puppy owner to take the
puppy to a licensed veterinarian
within 2 days form the date of
purchase for my guarantee and
contract to be valid for a
replacement puppy or refund if
the veterinarian finds something
within the terms of the health
guarantee to be wrong with the
puppy at the expense of the
buyer.
I do not guarantee the
following: Hernias, pinched
nostrils, hypoglycemia, open
fontanel’s which all can be
common to the breed and up to
the new puppy owner to be aware
of and safeguard there new
puppy. Also, adult size and
color.
If the puppy/dog passes away
(dies) within the one (1) year
of the health guarantee contract
the buyer agrees to have an
autopsy performed on the
puppy/dog and testing of the
tissues to determine the cause
of death at the buyer’s expense
and send the results to us for
our vet to examine. If our vet
finds that the puppy/dog died of
kidney, heart or congenital
health conditions and it falls
under the health guarantee the
puppy can be replaced with
another puppy of the breeder’s
choice. After one (1) year the
health guarantee is null and
void and no money or replacement
puppy will be refunded.
If at any time the new owner
cannot keep or take care of the
puppy/dog we are to be notified
of the situation and will help
place the puppy/dog into another
loving home. Or we will take the
puppy/dog back; under no
circumstances can the puppy/dog
be placed in an animal shelter,
dog pound or pet rescue.
